Getting older? Ugh...

I went to the garage a few days ago -- and forgot why.

I misplaced my glasses, again. I got these so I can ALWAYS find one pair! But my other pair is more comfortable, but the truth is, Pat doesn’t like them. This is my survival mode!

ONDA LIST is for caregivers.

The app is FREE for a limited time

We created ONDA LIST - together.

Both Pat and I want to be more patient, more kind with each other. ONDA LIST is my gift to us. Hearing loss and poor eyesight are challenges for both of us. ONDA LIST supports our commitment to remain in our home, together. This is critical to our emotional well-being, Pat’s independence, sense of agency, and self-care.

How my frustration and anger just disappeared.

Memory loss is sneaky. We get angry with ourselves or each other, searching for keys, purse, wallet. Where’s our car?

I wanted to change that to a different experience.

I invited Pat to a conversation and focused on how to do this differently. She wanted to find a solution as well.

Phones and technology were a non-starter. So, a device she could use to document things to go on her list.

After a few false starts, I designed a Toggle Board. She found it acceptable. But I still needed an app that could generate the list to insert into it.

The easiest way to make a shopping list is to dictate it.

ONDA LIST allows users to group products in three different ways. Here is one:

Selecting from 12 products is just easier.

ONDA LIST is that app. It’s a memory aid for Pat, sure.

As a support person. I wanted the app to address the separate challenges Pat and I faced.

  • Where to eat out

  • Taking everything we needed

  • Remembering faces and names

ONDA LIST makes deciding easier
